Scheduling interview/Template

Hello, I just wanted to schedule and save interview but it sent an email to the candidate and it is not even the template that we use. Could you please advise how can I put the right template when scheduling interview? What should I do if i just want to save interview and not send an email to the candidate ( the one we used before was much clearer)? Many thanks
