Scoring rules and Case escalation rules in Zoho recruit similar to Zoho CRM

I think it is a great idea to have candidate scoring rules similar to lead scoring rules in CRM.  We should be able to assign the score based on Email- opened, received, bounced, Survey- Depending on the rating, campaigns, Twitter, Whatsapp, calls, etc. Please reach out to me if further input is needed.

        A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization.
