Hi there, I've recently begun using Zoho and feel that it's a good system that could be made even better with some adjustments. In particular the search features would benefit from an upgrading. A radius search feature is needed to search for clients, candidates or contacts within the radius of a postcode/zipcode. The ability to 'select all' from a search result list is critical to speed up mass emails for searches that bring up over 100 results rather individually having to select 100 records at a time, send the email and then start again for the next page of results etc. It's too time consuming at the moment.
