Select Team Pipelines during data migration
Greetings,
Previously, when migrating data from another CRM to Bigin, pipelines that were migrated from the source CRM would be nested in the default Team Pipeline configuration in Bigin. With this new enhancement, you can select which Team Pipelines you want to import the source pipelines into. Once the migration is completed, your source CRM pipelines will automatically become sub-pipelines nested within the Team Pipeline you selected.
To select a Team Pipeline during data migration
- Go to Setup > Data Administration.
- Select your source CRM from the provided list.
- Depending on the CRM you've chosen, you might need to enter your API key or sign in to your source CRM account to start the migration process.
- Choose a target Team Pipeline from the available options.
- Click the Import Now button to initiate the migration.
