Select which Thank You Note to send when regi

Select which Thank You Note to send when regi

Good morning, 

I created several templates for the Thank You Note, when I acknowledge a payment, but I don't see how I can select which Thank you Note to send. I have just registered a payment and the Default Thank you Note was sent. I couldn't select which template I wanted to send. 

How can I do that?
