Select Zoho Contacts as Meeting Participants in Zoho Cliq

Hello Zoho Cliq Team,
We hope you're doing well.

We would like to request an enhancement to the meeting scheduling functionality in Zoho Cliq.

Current Limitation:

When scheduling a meeting in Zoho Cliq, participants can only be selected from:
Organization users (internal users), External users already connected in Cliq (only from the Co-Hosts list) and Manually entered email addresses.

However, contacts saved in Zoho Contacts (connected to our Zoho account) are not available to select, even though they are business contacts frequently invited to meetings.

This means we have to manually type the email addresses of these contacts every time we schedule a meeting—which is inefficient and prone to mistakes.

Requested Enhancement:

Add the ability to select contacts from Zoho Contacts (Zoho Mail Contacts) when adding Participants in a Zoho Cliq meeting.


Benefits:
  1. Saves time by avoiding repeated manual email entry
  2. Reduces risk of typing errors
  3. Streamlines collaboration with external business contacts
  4. Improves integration between Zoho Cliq and other Zoho services

We believe this enhancement will make meeting scheduling in Zoho Cliq significantly faster and more professional, especially for business users who regularly collaborate with contacts outside their organization.
