send email via recruit api

there is no possibility to send email via api which is very handy to do by webhooks

also I didnot found how to choose records in workflow rules (choose rules) by job opening id for Execute this workflow during a Record Action: On candidate applying for a job.

Am I missing something or recruit api really so ugly?
