Send & Update Status - Zoho Desk app update (Android and iOS)

Introducing the 'Send & Update Status' option within the compose screen of the Zoho Desk mobile app. This option allows you to send a preliminary response to the customer and simultaneously update the ticket status.

We have integrated layout and validation rules for both the ‘Send & Close’ and ‘Send & Update Status’ options. When the conditions of a layout or validation rule are satisfied, an intermediary screen will be displayed. This screen lists all the mandatory fields that are yet to be filled.

This feature is now available for both Android (v2.6.33) and iOS (v2.8.24 ) of the Zoho Desk app. Please update the app to the latest version directly from the Play Store/ App Store or using the link given below:
