Hello!
In recent times, many of our users wanted to send Autoresponders to existing contacts. Since, these contacts existed already; they will never be receiving that message scheduled in the Autoresponders.
But, is there really a way to push these Autoresponder message(s) to such existing contacts? Well, Zoho Campaigns has again come up with a solution for such request laid by many of our users.
We are happy to announce the new enhancement on Autoresponders through which you can send the Autoresponder message(s) to the existing contacts.
For example, an Autoresponder is set with 2 messages first after 2 days and second after three days after joining the mailing list and both are started on August 4th. Now, if the contacts are added on August 1st, the first message will not be delivered to the contacts because the contact's receiving time (August 3rd) precedes the Autoresponder start time. But the second message will be delivered to the contacts as the Autoresponder set to be delivered on the fourth day (August 4th).
Here’s a sample of how it’ll look like:
For such contacts, we've an option to send the Autoresponder message by clicking the Send Message to Missed Contacts link situated on right above the Autoresponder message.
Hope that sheds some light on what an “Sending Autoresponders to Existing Contacts” is? Check out our help page to get started with this option!
Over to you now: Experiment with our new enhancement and yeah; we’d love your insights on this topic.
Cheers!
