We have a SharePoint list containing a number of fields and we would like to send this list data to Zoho Desk dynamically through Zoho Flow so that when a new list item is added, a ticket is created with the relevant fields populated and when a list item is updated, it updates the ticket fields in Zoho Desk. Is this possible through Zoho Flow?
