"Sentiment Analysis for Zoho Desk" Extension Issue - Picklist values on the "Preference" tab are not being populated

I've managed to authorize this extension by opening my Desk account on our Microsoft 365 admin's PC and letting him make the authorization process via his MS365 account.

Right now the extension is asking us to make the settings on the "Preference" tab of the extension but the  values in the "Subscription Name" and "Cognitive Service" picklists are not being populated.

Please inspect this issue.
