Share candidate with another user
it would be great to be able to share a candidate with another user that does not have visibility to a candidate. use case: we have many locations that only want to see candidates that have applied to their job postings. sometimes they find that a candidate lives closer to another location. they would like to share that candidate to that location. they cant associate the candidate to the job posting to the other location because they only have visibility to their job openings (by design) but they would like a way to "share" a candidate to another user so that user in the other location can find the candidate and associate them to the job.
