Shopify integration + serialized items
Hi. I am currently testing a zoho inventory environment as a replacement to what we use. I created a fake shopify store to link to.
I would need my items from shopify to link to zoho, but I need zoho to handle serial numbers. The problem I am running into is zoho tells me I cant track serial numbers on an item if an existing order already exists with the items.
How am I expected to bring a full production shopify store with thousands of orders of items into zoho and not use zoho to track serial numbers? If someone could clear this up for me would be greatly appreciated.
