Shopify Integration - Shipping Costs
Does anyone else have an issue with how Zoho Inventory (and therefore, Books and Analytics) are handling shipping costs? Specifically if the order originated in Shopify. I see orders come into Inventory from Shopify and sometimes shipping is an item, sometimes it's part of the subtotal/tax/total details. This makes shipment costs appear in separate places in Analytics (sometimes as an Item, sometimes as the Shipping Charge). Any suggestions to workaround or ideas? The screenshot should hopefully clarify what I mean.
I get that sometimes tax is charged on shipping, so that's the root of this but just seems like that should be accounted for already in Inventory.
