Shopify Order Sync Issues - "There is a mismatch between the tax total calculated in Zoho Inventory and the tax total from the saleschannel."

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue with orders being synced over from Shopify to Zoho. This error only occurs when a sale item is on the order. The order it's self comes from a platform called Faire Wholesale and I did notice a couple of things different about this compared to normal discounted items, it creates a new line of the exact same product with a discount.

I am wondering if anyone has had similar issues and how did you solve this? Support at Zoho says its a Shopify Tax issue but I have checked this and it seems to be okay
