How to search short names? exp - Le, Chu etz?

Can I provide some how information to CRM that this is not a part of the name but whole word? I got so many results that it is almost impossible to find proper one.

I advised customer to provide whole name "Jan Le" - but maybe there is posibility to search exact names.
