Show password category in various UI areas

There's a way to show passwords by category, but this is the only place to see the category. It would be nice to see the password category in other areas.
  1. As a column in the password list on the "All Passwords" screen
  2. As a column in the password list on all of the Folders screens
  3. When clicking on a password, show it (read-only) on both the Edit/View screens
