Silos within Zoho Development teams for different Apps?

Hello,

We started new with Zoho ecosystem. It is wonderful experience to see how every aspect of business is accommodated.

At one end, when one gets excited to see the requirement covered; however that experience is not consisted across apps.

One such example is Zoho Connections. 

When we look at Default Connection options in Zoho CRM, we find plethora of default connections available. However, when we try look similar connection options for Zoho SalesIQ for Chatbot plugs, one can see that options are not consistent.

Our case was use of Plugs for Zobot, wherein the bot could provide status of Orders in WooCommerce. When we try to create a connection we don't see WooCommerce under default options (as in Zoho CRM).

We raised ticket but were told by support team that plugs will have option for 'Custom' Service Connection for WooCommerce.

We hope Developer Team of Zoho SalesIQ get the needed support from Zoho CRM team to replicate the connection options.
