I need a system that will allow clients to text message our company. These text messages will be interpreted and information logged to the clients communications history. Based on the client, the message will be sent to a particular person. Their response will be added to the communications history. We need different levels of access, so supervisors can monitor communications. I would like to set up tasks on system to scan through clients, test conditions and respond appropriately.
