1) Can we automatically login and sync using the plugin when Outlook starts?  Currently we have click on Login then Sync.

2) Are "Shared Calendars" events Sync using the plugin?  After our tests events from the shared calendar aren't being updated in  Outlook but when you use goto calendar.zoho.com they are in there.
