Specify Goal Weightage percentages inside KRA

Specify Goal Weightage percentages inside KRA

Hi 

Is there a way to specify goal weightage percentages within a KRA? As far as I can see, goals can be mapped to KRAs but I am unable to specify weightage percentage for that goal within the KRA. On the help module, it shows goal percentages within a KRA, but I am unable to understand how they managed it.
