SPF for Zoho One Apps

Hi we have zoho one and over the years we kept adding zoho to the spf record, but i'm unsure if we have to add all of them, he have eu.zcsend.net, zohocrm.eu, public.zohoforms.eu, eu-sender.zohobooks.com, one.zoho.eu, transmail eu, etc...

Do we need to add all of these (and more) to the spf record? is there a smaller combination we can use that includes all the things we need?
