Hello everyone,
The feature in the spotlight for this month is "Presenter view".
Let's consider the example of Sonia.
Sonia is preparing for her first product webinar and has a well-designed slide deck. While all her key points are covered by her slides, she wants to ensure she covers all the important talking points as well. For this, Sonia uses the Speaker Notes option in Zoho Show's Presenter View. From here, she can keep track of all the points she needs to cover, ensuring thorough narration and a smooth flow throughout the presentation.
In addition to Speaker Notes, Presenter View shows Sonia a list of slide thumbnails and helps her keep track of her speaking time, highlight important data on the slides, and do so much more.
Let's discuss the features that will help Sonia transform the way she presents!
Speaker Notes:
Adding too much information to a presentation can make slides look cluttered or too text-heavy. Instead, Sonia can keep supporting information and other facts in her Speaker Notes. This ensures that key information is not overlooked, even if it can't be included on her slides.
Time Tracker:
It is important to stick to the planned length of the webinar to hold the audience's attention. Show's timer will help Sonia manage the run time and pace of her presentation, so she has enough time for the Q&A session at the end.
Slide Preview:
Sonia can view all her upcoming slides as thumbnails on the right pane in Presenter View. This will help her anticipate which slide comes next, so she can maintain a smooth flow and execute seamless slide transitions.
Highlighter tools:
Highlighter tools are useful for drawing the audience's attention to specific content on a slide or helping them retain important details. Sonia can use an arrow or a laser pointer to help her audience follow along with the text on a slide. She can choose the marker and highlighter color. Once done, she can erase all highlights, or the specific markups of her choice.
Screen Blackout:
While taking a question from her audience, Sonia can choose to black out the screen temporarily. She can also use this feature while taking a break, so her audience does not see the upcoming slides.
Overall, Presenter View helps the presenter stay organized and focus on their audience and message, rather than worrying about forgetting key points.
