SQL databases and Zoho

SQL databases and Zoho

Hi,

I am very new to the world of analytics and data, I have a product that end users log in to. They create a profile that includes email address and mobile number. There are other fields for profile content. I want to run the product and look at how the product is used, who is using it etc. 
The SQL database links into Zoho Analytics but at the moment I am not selling anything and all the vids I have looked up are on sales and leads for Zoho and not what I appear to want Analytics to do/tell me.
Would someone be so kind as to sign post the right information so I can get this to work quickly? I would like to learn so any information that helps me with this is very much appreciated.
