Accounting on the Go Series-45:Streamline Your Workflow-Set Your Preferred Opening Screen in Zoho Books

Hello all,

We are back with another feature that takes your convenience to the next level. Typically, when you open an app, it defaults to a standard page, and you have to navigate to the page you actually need. But what if we told you that with Zoho Books, you can go straight to the page you want, without extra taps? It's true! We’ve introduced a feature called the "Opening Screen," allowing you to set your preferred starting page.

Whether you're frequently on the go, creating invoices, or logging daily expenses, this feature can save you valuable time. Simply set your desired page as the opening screen, and you're all set. This way, your most-used tasks are instantly accessible right from the moment you open the app. This feature could be helpful for team members who may not be as app-savvy, making it simple for them to enter information without confusion.

Supported OS: Android

How it works in Zoho Books Android app:

Open the Zoho Books Android app.
Navigate to the left-side menu and go to Settings.
Scroll down and select "Opening Screen."
You'll see a list of available opening screens; choose your desired option.
Close the app and reopen it.
When you reopen the app, it will open directly to your chosen screen, ready for you to enter information and save it.
Note: The last applied filter on the opening screen will be retained when you reopen the app.

Our aim is to make your workflow smoother and more efficient, whether you're on the go or working from your desk. We're committed to bringing you tools that simplify your tasks and improve your business operations.
