We have an sub-form for entering estimates. There are 5 stages which are using up all the tally fields. I want to add an Actual Costs column and have this tally somewhere to compare against the totals for each Stage. Is there a simple way to do this with API, Analytics etc etc?

Also, I want to produce a report accessible through Portals showing data from this sub-form. Is that possible?
