Suggestion : link KB with Accounts
Hi Zoho teams.
I think it could be good to link KB articles with :
accounts in order to easily find articles dedicated to some account specificities.
I tried to use tags , but tags are free text with not easy way to retrieve it directly from ticket or list article for one tag.
Tickets : It would be a good way to measure usage of KB directly from ticket when we don't need to copy/paste KB in solution.
And : Great Tool , keep going !
