We hope you are doing well.

We would like to request an enhancement to the video background capabilities in Zoho Cliq, specifically the ability to upload and use custom backgrounds.

Current Limitation

At present, Zoho Cliq allows users to choose only from:

• A limited set of predefined backgrounds

• A blur background option

There is no option to upload a custom background, whether the video session is: A 1:1 video call, or A scheduled meeting with multiple participants

Requested Enhancement

Please add support for custom background uploads in Zoho Cliq, similar to what is already available in Zoho Meeting.

The requested functionality includes:

• Allow users to upload their own background images

• Make custom backgrounds available in both:

  • 1:1 video calls

  • Multi-participant meetings

• Provide a consistent background selection experience across Zoho Cliq and Zoho Meeting
