A "lead" is not just pursued and converted to a contact/account one time. We represent multiple products and are often going back and selling new products to clients who already buy from us.

We would like to easily change the status of a name from "contact" to "lead" and back again without losing any info/records or having to make duplicates. However this doesn't seem possible in Zoho.

Any suggestions? I know we cannot possibly be the only business around here that sells multiple lines to the same customers sometimes.
