Sync Failed


We have had the last few syncs fail for one of our scheduled imports.

We ran an internal query on our server and it returned 900,000+ records in under 16 seconds, so we do not THINK that the issue is on our end. We also have not made any changes to the import schedule  

The Import Details your system generated says "Import process aborted, as complete data was not received for long."

Any assistance in troubleshooting this issue would be appreciated
