Sync service does not function properly

Hi,

I am running 4 contacts syncs, each run differs bout 15 mins. I realize that sometimes one or two of the automation do not sync from my zoho crm to zoho campaign. and yesterday all 4 syncs were not able to the new contacts in the listings at all.. help please
