Sync stock qty of 2 items - in the motor industry you might have a part that fits 2 different vehicles but the name of the item is important to the customer. For example a Hyundai D4BH cylinder head and a Mitsubishi 4D56T cylinder head are the same, if I give a customer who wants a D4BH an invoice that reads 4D56T he will assume he is getting the incorrect item. So now we have to have 2 different items and have to remember to manually ensure stock is the same on both.

The sync feature will solve this problem.
