Synchronization from Zoho Calendar to Zoho CRM Calendar?

Synchronization from Zoho Calendar to Zoho CRM Calendar?

Hi,

My scenario is,

1) We are create an Event in Zoho Calendar using Event Request Form.
2) After that we synchronize the Event from Zoho Calendar to Zoho CRM(Manually). 
3) Here the requested Event is created as a Task in ZohoCRM.
4) In the task we can't get the time of the Event.

So how can we create the requested Event in CRM as a Event automatically?
