syncing zoho calendar with iphone and macbook calendar not working

syncing zoho calendar with iphone and macbook calendar not working

I followed the zoho instructions  https://www.zoho.com/calendar/help/caldav-sync-zoho-calendar.html#alink2 to no avail.

does anyone have zoho calendar synching with iphone native calendar or this one of those things that will never work?
