Anyone out there having issues with the taxes in Zoho Books from Shopify?

I need to create my tax report. I'm having trouble generating it. With the integration of Shopify to Zoho Books, Shopify creates the taxes by itself and uses them in transactions coming from it. My problem is that all the taxes created (there are 4) have the same TAX AGENCY. They are not separated as they should be. I'm supposed to have 2 AGENCIES (Canada Revenue Agency and Revenu Québec). Therefore, I cannot report my taxes to the different AGENCIES. They are all mixed into the same pot.
