I'm trying to connect a Microsoft 365 mailbox to Zoho TeamInbox (EU region) via OAuth and keep running into an issue.
Steps I followed:
1. Create a Shared Channel → Email Channel → Microsoft (OAuth)
2. Microsoft login window opens → I authenticate successfully
3. After authentication, I get this error:
{"status_code":404,"err_msg":"Invalid URL","iam_err_msg":"URL_RULE_NOT_CONFIGURED"}
4. When I try again, the process loads but no channel is added.
What I've already checked/done:
- IMAP is enabled for the mailbox in Microsoft 365
- Admin consent granted in Azure Entra ID (Enterprise Applications)
