The customized applicant form not showing in Zoho Recruit

The customized applicant form not showing in Zoho Recruit

In Setup I go to Career Site > Webforms and created a customized webform for application submission via the Career Site.

To my surprise, the webform is not being used and there is a lengthy form of fields that are not relevant and my own form is not visible. How to resolve this?
