How to have approval requests auto-rejected in case of criteria mismatch.
Steps:
- Go to Settings > Approvals
- Select the appropriate form
- Navigate to 'Approval Settings' > Configuration
- Select 'Auto Reject' under 'For Criteria Mismatch'
- Click Save
