Things I believe should be added.
* Warehouse organization tool: I believe it is already in development.
* SMS notifications for shipments/deliveries
* Giving clients the possibility of signing delivery notes digitally. Ex: Trucker always needs to ask the clients to sign the invoices and proof of delivery notes. Zoho does not offer the possibility to do this digitally and always has to to be done digitally.
* Last mile tracking.
