Ticket list sorting is now supported in the latest version of the Desk Android mobile app.

In the latest version of the Desk Android mobile app (v2.4.32), we have brought in the option to sort the ticket listing view.
Now we can sort the tickets listing by Ticket Id, Due Date, Recent Thread and Created Time.
Please update the app either from the Play Store or using the link given below:
