Ticket not refreshing when comments added via custom function
I have a custom function in Zoho Desk that triggers on a field update workflow which is working well, however the ticket does not reliably refresh to show changes. In particular, I am adding a comment to the ticket thread to show important information from Zoho CRM for the related account. This comment gets added fine, however we quite often have to click another tab (such as the resolution tab) and then back to the conversation tab for the comment to show. The count on the conversation DOES update automatically though, just not the comment itself.
