Time calculations.

Hi,
I have the simplest of forms, with two option buttons either Kiln A or Kiln B, and submit button. 
This is used as a stime stamp at the start of a firing at the time eack kiln is started.
What I need or want to add in the All Entries are a couple of extra columns that adds 7.5 hours & 24 hours.
I have tried several ways to find the simple Timestamp + 7.5 without sucsess.
Idealy I would want via Zoho Flow, start a trigger event when created to email me a reminder that the Kiln has been running for 7.5 hours and should be finished and another event 24 hours to remind me it can be emptied.
Any guidance would be he;lpful thanks
