Time Tracking time entry time log

Hello,
When logging time by start and end time instead of number of hours, is there a way to enter time using A.M. and P.M. instead of a 24 hr clock?

Also, I would like for the report to include this start and end time instead of just the number of hours worked. Is there a way to do this?
