Tips and tricks #60 : Drag and drop files into the Show app for iOS
Hello everyone!
Welcome to another tips and tricks article. Today, we'll discuss the drag and drop feature in the Show app for iOS.
Drag and drop is a functionality that helps you transfer data from one application to another. It simplifies file transferring and eliminates the task of searching for your desired files. With this feature, the Show app for iOS makes it easy to add images, audio, videos, and PowerPoint presentations to your Show app.
Say you need to insert an image from your device's gallery or local drive into your slide. You can access your gallery or drive from right within the Show app for iOS. But sometimes it's challenging to identify the required image, especially when you have a lot of images stored. The drag and drop feature helps you select your file and drop it into your slide directly instead of having to search for it. While the feature empowers you to add files seamlessly, it also helps you save time.
How do you drag and drop files?
- Select a slide.
- Go to the source folder containing the required file.
- Long press the required file.
- Keep holding the file and navigate to the Show app.
- Drop the selected file into your slide.
Note: You can only drag and drop one file at a time.
We hope you find this tip useful! Stay tuned for additional tips, feature updates, and more!
