To be able to send candidate to an job in a contact within a diffrent structure

Hello, Right now, it's not possible to send candidates to contact if is not in the same company as the job. It's not good. We need to be able to send candidate to a contact that overview a recruitment even if is not on the same company. One more thing : we also need to be able to select contacts that are not in the company of where the job is listed. Right now it's not possible too. Thanks
