Total Resolution time / no comprendo como esta expresada la información
Tengo una tabla dinamica que construyo con informacion de Desk, el campo Total Resolution time no se como vienen expresado en minutos horas.
La tabla suma una serie de tickets en un periodo de tiempo y usando el campo Total Resolution time me da algo como 245.21265586 ?? no entiendo esa informacion.
Mi idea es calcular el tiempo en horas de todos los tickets atendidos en ese mes.
