Tracking a loan from an investor - a new Bank or Credit Card

I have an investor providing money from a HELOC (Home Equity Line Of Credit). I have also turned around and loaned this money to another company. But I want to track my outstanding balance of the debt that I owe to the HELOC. Would I / should I track this as another Bank or Credit Card within Zoho Books?
