Tracking of shipments sent via Carrier

Hi there,
I have a question concerning the package tracking feature of Zoho Inventory. We are sending out packages with Carrier DPD directly from Zoho. This is not a very "fast" solution for our fulfilment centre, but anyhow .. I want to know, why the tracking feature only works for packages created manually. Furthermore, I see an actual status of packages created via carrier - but I don't know, if I can rely on that one:


We really would love to see a general overview of all packages currently in transit, especially that packages, that have some kind of exceptions, so that we can manually fix things with the carrier ..

It feels like not a lot of people are using the carrier feature in Germany, as it does not perform very well.
