Transfer of assets form my personal account to my s corp business
I have recently opened my s corp but have a bunch of assets that i want to transfer from myself to the company.
1)How do i go about doing that?
2) Also since i have just started i wont be able to pay myself back for the transfer of assets. How would i go about documenting this.
