Triggers for CommandCenter

Triggers for CommandCenter

Hello,
I am trying to figure out in CommandCenter whether, when you add multiple triggers, if ALL triggers need to be met or if ANY criteria need to be met. Ideally you would specify but I am beginning to think that ALL is the default and only  option.

As an example, I have a recurring notification state that sends several emails off over the course of a few weeks. Anytime someone opens one of the emails I want them to be kicked to an "Email Opened" state so that they stop receiving emails. I currently have the transition to that state containing triggers for each separate email but people who opened the first email are not changing state. I am beginning to think that they will only change state once they have opened all three emails which is not what I want.

If the solution is to make a new state for each email that is very tedious because then I will have to duplicate lots of the other possible triggers.

      • How to Add Users to your Organization in ZohoMail?

A better clarity so you can create other users to start using Zoho Mail. You can directly Add Users from the Control Panel to your Organization. You can invite users with the existing email address. If the person (user) already uses ZohoCRM, then you can import users from Zoho CRM. You can also import them using a .csv file. (if you are planning to add them in Bulk)  In this topic, We will be discussing on how to Add and Invite users only.  The Import options are self explanatory. ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________
